  •  Consume phosphorus which is found abundantly in foods such as eggs, fish, lean meat and dairy products for strong teeth.
  •  Vitamin C promotes gum health, so eat plenty of citrus fruits, tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, potatoes and spinach.
Snack smartly to keep your mouth in good health. Control your snacking frequency as eating continuously every now and then will lead to the formation of acid attacks on your teeth. Even if you are going to snack, choose wisely. Refrain sugary items such as hard or sticky candy and instead choose healthy ones such as raw vegetables, fruits, plain yogurt, cheese, milk and popcorn. It is better to brush your teeth after snacks to minimize your cavities. If you cant brush, rinse your mouth with water to get rid of food particles.
